These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of checksimownersdetails.pk (“the site”). By accessing the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The Terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of them.

Effective date: 17 August 2026.

1. What the site provides

The site publishes independent, verified informational guides about checking SIMs registered on your own CNIC in Pakistan through official channels (668, cnic.sims.pk, 667, 76367), the applicable limits and procedures, and how to complain to the relevant authorities. The site provides information only — it operates no SIM-checking service, no database, and no lookup tool of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and the information on it only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • use anything you learn here to attempt to identify, locate or profile another person from their phone number or CNIC;
  • present any part of this site as evidence that such stranger-lookups are possible or lawful — the site states the opposite;
  • scrape, republish or mirror the site’s content in ways that strip its sources, dates, or legal warnings (see Section 4);
  • use the site to promote, advertise or link to any “SIM database”, “live tracker” or “owner details by number” service.

Misuse of another person’s identity information is an offence under PECA 2016 Section 16, carrying up to three years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to Rs 5 million, or both. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to act unlawfully.

3. Official channels belong to others

SMS shortcodes, portals and helplines described on the site are operated by PTA, NADRA, the NCCIA and the mobile operators under their own terms and pricing. Charges (such as the approximately Rs 2 cost of a 668 SMS, including tax) are set by those providers and may change. Your use of those channels is a matter strictly between you and the provider concerned.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s original content — text, infographics, page structure and the compiled, dated fact-checking it contains — is the property of the site’s publisher. You may quote brief excerpts with a clear link back to the source page. You may not reproduce whole pages or guides, remove attribution, or reuse our infographics in any product or service that offers or implies SIM-owner lookups. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While facts are verified and dated (see our Editorial Standards), we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability — to the maximum extent permitted by law — for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the site, including actions taken through official channels, SMS costs, franchise outcomes, or third-party websites. 6. External links

Links to official resources (for example cnic.sims.pk or complaint.pta.gov.pk) are provided for convenience. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data.

7. Changes to the site and to these Terms

We may amend, move or remove content at any time as facts change — that is how the site stays accurate. We may also update these Terms; the current version, with its effective date, will always live at this address. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Roman-Urdu khulasa

Roman-Urdu: Is site ko istemal karne ka matlab hai ke aap in sharait se muttafiq hain. Site sirf maloomat deti hai — koi lookup service nahin.
